Just a weigh yourself at the same time in the same circumstances (am, post-drained, in your b-day suit, etc.) as you did a week ago sometime tomorrow. Take the lbs. lost/original weight to find the %. I know everyone knows how to find a % but it was just a reminder.

Yeah, I'm not looking forward to it either. But I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of success the rest of you are having!!!
